Panchakarma

“Pancha” means five and “Karma” means actions or therapies. Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s classical purification process a holistic system to cleanse the body, balance the doshas, and restore the harmony between the body, mind, and consciousness.
Every person is a unique combination of the five great elements (Pancha Maha Bhuta): ether, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements form the three doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
When these doshas are in balance, health thrives; when disturbed, imbalance arises leading to discomfort or disease.
